Utah County Market Snapshot – June 2026

Wondering what’s happening in the Utah County housing market? Here’s a quick look at this month’s trends for SINGE -FAMILY homes:

📈 More homes are hitting the market — New listings increased 4.6% compared to last June.

🔑 Buyers are still active — Closed sales were up 2.1%, showing that well-priced homes continue to attract strong interest.

💰 Home values remain steady — The median sales price held at $625,000, reflecting a stable market.

🏠 Sellers continue to receive strong offers — On average, homes sold for 98% of their original list price.

💡 What does this mean? The market is becoming more balanced. Buyers have more choices than they did a year ago, while sellers who prepare and price their homes correctly are still achieving excellent results. Every market is different, and every neighborhood has its own story. That’s why I believe it’s important to look “beyond the numbers” and understand what they really mean for your real estate goals.
